Shannon Samia
I keep complex people, priorities, and projects moving.
Operations professional with experience spanning private household management, project coordination, executive support, education, and child advocacy. Known for bringing structure to busy environments, anticipating needs, and keeping the details from becoming the problem.

The work changes. The throughline doesn’t: understand what matters, organize what’s moving, communicate clearly, and follow through.
My current work is in private household operations, but the capabilities behind it are broader—project coordination, vendor management, executive support, scheduling, client and family services, problem-solving, and calm execution in environments where priorities shift quickly.
Where I add value
Not one job title. A transferable operating style.
Operations
I create order across schedules, resources, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, travel, and day-to-day priorities.
Projects
I coordinate vendors, timelines, moving parts, follow-up, documentation, and completion without losing the details.
People
I act as a reliable point of connection between executives, families, staff, schools, providers, contractors, and community partners.
Support
I anticipate needs, adapt quickly, protect time, communicate clearly, and keep priorities moving with minimal oversight.
Proof in practice
Different environments, same underlying strengths.
Long-term experience coordinating daily life, schedules, transportation, property needs, purchasing, and changing priorities.
Repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, deliveries, quotes, access, troubleshooting, and project follow-through across residences.
Experience working with executives, staff, children, families, schools, medical providers, nonprofit partners, and service professionals.
Experience
A career built around coordination, service, communication, and keeping complex environments running well.

My current role is one setting. These are the capabilities I carry into whatever comes next.
Operations & coordination
My experience translates naturally to roles that need someone who can manage competing priorities, coordinate stakeholders, own follow-through, and keep information organized without requiring constant direction.
Built around people
My background in social work, education, child advocacy, and private service adds a layer of judgment, communication, empathy, and discretion to the way I approach operations and support work.
Background
Education and training that reinforce both the people side and the operations side of my work.

Open to the right next step.
I’m interested in opportunities where organization, coordination, communication, service, and follow-through matter—whether that sits in operations, project support, executive support, client services, or another people-centered environment.
